User Email Logs

The 1.6 Documentation is no longer maintained and some information may be outdated.

The MyBB 1.6 series reached end of life on October 1, 2015.

This means there will be no more security or maintenance releases for these series and forums running these versions of MyBB may be at risk of unfixed security issues. All administrators are strongly encouraged to upgrade their forums to the latest release of MyBB as soon as possible.

Tools & Maintenance: User Email Logs

The User Email Log shows all emails sent from one member to another, and all emails sent by the "Send Thread to a Friend" feature. You are given the subject, the user who sent the email, the user (or email address) the email was sent to, and the date sent. Clicking on the subject will allow you to view the message.

You can also choose to select individual emails to be deleted from the log. Select these emails using the checkbox to the left, and then click on "Delete Selected." If you would like to delete all logs, select "Delete All."

You can filter the email logs by:

  • Subject (the subject of the email sent)
  • From (either the username or email address)
  • To (either the username or email address)
